My initial thoughts
A decade working in human physiology and the sciences. 500+ hours on stage presenting to varying people across multiple continents. Many hundreds of hours delivering presentations on zoom has led me to here.
I had a baptism of fire...

Thrust on stage in front of 3,000 people for the private medical company I worked for at the time. Fresh faced in my early 20's with no prior experience in public speaking except for the usual thesis defence at university.
Heart Rate all over the place, sweating, too much caffeine, didn't sleep the night before - got through it but knew I could offer more!
Fast forward a decade and I'm a Master in my field delivering seminars, lectures, presentations and dare I say it shows around the world!
Commanding audiences live in the hundreds (like in the picture) and thousands over zoom is second nature now.
You wouldn't believe the Q&A's I've had, the stress I've faced, the pressure of stakeholders and the way I've consistently achieved high levels of success.
